The hall of the house is truly unique, since it used to be a room to crush and press wine, keeping in the wall the authentic crusher and its deposit under the ground. We also find an underground cellar, perfect to conserve naturally the food.

It has a spacious living room with direct access to a glazed room, the swimming pool and the barbecue area. A big old oven of the villa was converted into a kitchen, in which we see the contrast of a traditional kitchen equipped with today’s features.

The first floor has 3 big rooms and a central hall that could be used as an office.

The highlights of the outside area of the house is the Classic Majorcan facade, the mature garden area around the house, the swimming pool, a covered barbecue area, and a large relaxation area where you can enjoy the privileged views of Puig de Randa and the orange sky every evening.

It also has a separate guest apartment, with independent access, that has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room.

The small town of Llucmajor is part of the municipality of the same name and is also home to its administrative center. This is a few kilometers south of the airport of Palma de Mallorca, which brings a good connection. Likewise, the place is easily accessible by car or by the public transport network. The location is ideal because a few kilometers away you can get directly to the coast, which is not very touristy. Although the city is a good hub for the surrounding municipalities and numerous coastal resorts or other excursions are easily accessible, there is also a lot to discover here in the center.
