The property is distributed in two plants. On the ground floor we have a large entrance hall, a spacious living room with access to the pool area and a terrace with a good door, a fully equipped kitchen, dormitories, an outdoor lounge, a billiard room with access to the terraced terrace and a small studio with a dormitory and a private bathroom.

The first plant has three double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large terrace that can be used as a solarium and a small terrace with access to the azotea. The house has mature garden, a barbecue area and a magnificent swimming pool.
